This green tea is comprised entirely of delicate flat green leaves with all the stems and buds carefully removed. The Emerald Petals produce an extremely smooth beverage with a refreshingly floral aroma. This tea is known as "Lu An Gua Pian" in Chinese and is one of the "Ten Famous Teas" of China.
