Black Tea consists of two broad groups: Congou and Broken Graded Tea. Both have the highest sale in the world market. Black Tea has a pleasing aroma, a strong though mellow taste, a jet-black luster and a bright red liquor. Each variety displays local characteristics, due to different topography, climate, soil, varieties of species and varied processing techniques.
